Why does ApplyPRO use YES, NO, MAYBE ratings instead of a score?

ApplyPRO mimics the decision-making process of a recruiter. But unlike a recruiter ApplyPRO can screen hundreds of CVs in minutes, promoting applicants who exhibit potential, and identifying the best interviewees.

Do I have to enter my own screening criteria?
