Why does ApplyPRO use YES, NO, MAYBE ratings instead of a score?
ApplyPRO mimics the decision-making process of a recruiter. But unlike a recruiter ApplyPRO can screen hundreds of CVs in minutes, promoting applicants who exhibit potential, and identifying the best interviewees.
Our research showed scoring to be misleading because an applicant could have great experience and tick all the requirement boxes (giving them a high score) but fail one must-have criteria. YES, NO, MAYBE ratings provide a clearer and more accurate assessment.
Do I have to enter my own screening criteria?
No, you don't have to. Our platform automatically determines the must-have and nice-to-have criteria based on your published job description.
Can I change or add to the screening criteria once candidates have applied?
